Social Media Analytics Manager
PROFILE
Overview:
Primarily responsible for helping clients achieve the
optimal value and performance for their online marketing programs using
sophisticated data analytics and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
·
Develop and deliver reports that express
marketing value for social media programs and major brands (pharma, consumer
goods, and retail)
·
Analyze and interpret data from FB, TWT API,
Youtube, Google Analytics, others to drive future client marketing strategies
·
Showcase knowledge of the tools available online
such as simply measured, Google analytics and popular social media monitoring
tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc) and
popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc)
·
Possesses strong excel skillset
·
Guide team on best practices for how to optimize
on-line campaigns
·
Handle multiple projects independently and
structure tasks for maximum productivity
·
Work closely with other team members to seek
information and clarification - ensuring work product meets client and internal
expectations and goals
·
Demonstrate a strong focus on client
satisfaction
·
Be proactive and innovative with solutions to
meet client goals
·
Participate in client meetings and conference calls
(as needed)
·
Stay abreast of latest trends in the industry
with constant research
·
Develop and improve processes, policies and
procedures
Qualifications:
·
3+ years performing social media reporting and
analyses in an agency or multi-brand corporation
·
Bachelors degree in marketing/advertising,
statistics, mathematics, engineering, management information systems or related
field
·
Reporting, dashboarding, modeling and analytics
experience is required
·
Strong knowledge of online marketing best
practices
·
Experience with third-party vendors including
testing of new technologies and systems and process advisement
Required Skills:
·
Knowledge of latest social and digital tools
available online to measure activity, value, penetration, impact of digital
marketing programs across all social networks.
·
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
